    works well

    We purchased one of these 2 person hole borers around 3 years ago as we had several kilometers of new fencing to get in associated with a rural subdivision we were undertaking. Our intention was to use the borer for a few months while we got the fencing done and then resell it as for the 25 years prior to this purchase all our fencing had been done with a spade and a shovel. Most of the holes have been in relatively easy light pumice country but some have been near forestry and hedges where there have been plenty of roots and some have been through some metal tracks. The borer has worked well and still does. I like how easy it is to start and how reliable it is. The fuel mix is a little oily and some black shit comes out the exhaust so make sure the operator has the throttle in his right hand so the other person does not have the exhaust facing them. My wife does not like black oil spots in her blonde hair.

    Works hard well

    We got this to assist us with strainer post holes we needed to dig (in clay soil middle of summer).
    We have hammered it and it is going really well.
    Excellent bang for buck. We have so much more work for this beast yet! You will not be disappointed.

    Not bad for the $

    I've owed this for about 3 years now and used it to put up fencing and retaining walls. All in all a good machine. The extension pole broke quite quicky and the 300 auger lost its tooth recently but still works.
    Lots of power, starts as expected, worth the money in my opinion.
