    Hi Matt, Sorry to hear about the trouble you have had with this unit. In general we have had a very good run with these and I feel you may just have a faulty one, as these have a 3 year warranty please return to your local store when you get a chance and we will be happy to replace it for you.     Waste of time and money

    Waste of time and money. Brought tool after being told it would do the job. While this thing might be ok for 1 or 2 odd rivets that is about its limit. Cheap plastic build. Jaws kept jamming and coming apart. I would have thrown it away only I was stuck in country side without a replacement. I must have taken it apart at lleast 15 times. Now back in town I'm taking it back for a credit. DO NOT BUY THIS TOOL. IT IS CHEAP CHINESE RUBBISH.

    Great tool

    I’ve had this for a few months now and it’s been awesome. I had many rivets to install in light fittings and this tool put them in quickly and easily. It’s the perfect tool for anyone who doesn’t need to spend money on a battery rivet tool but wants to save hand stress and time. I would definitely buy this again if I had to.
