ToolShed 200amp Inverter Workshop MIG/TIG/ARC Welder

The ToolShed MIG 200 inverter gas MIG welder is a fantastic setup for larger production workshops, maintenance workshop, automotive workshops, etc.

This welder features a heavy duty, high quality, drive roll wire feed system. This ensures the operator has a very smooth and hassle-free wire feed. It also comes fitted with a standard 3m, 200Amp capable, Binzel style, Eurofit MIG torch. The synergic setup makes setting the correct current/voltage/wire feed speed a breeze for the type of material you are welding and gas you are using - just follow the simple on-screen parameters. That, coupled with the fine voltage/current control adjustments, makes this machine very simple to weld with. It offers the user a very smooth controlled weld, from lighter grade panel steel, right up to 12mm plate steel. Incorporated within a trolley, this machine can be easily moved around the workshop. It features a storage area and locking chain on the rear of it for securing a gas bottle safely. The output current ranges from 15 - 200 amps which make it ideal for lighter grade panel steel work. This machine is designed to take both 5Kg and the larger 15kg spools of MIG welding wire.

It comes complete with a heavy-duty earth lead with dinse (quick change bayonet style) connectors.

The rated duty cycle is 15% at 200 Amps if fitted with a 15 Amp plug. However, if you upgrade the plug to a 30 Amp you will increase the duty cycle to 60% @ 200 Amps. This machine comes fitted with a 15A plug as standard. It is also fan cooled with over temperature cut out to protect the machine. The machine is fitted with a digital display allowing you to identify your current settings easily and accurately, so there is no guess work involved.

This machine needs to be used with a shielding gas such as argon/CO2 mix.

Please note that this machine has been fitted with a 15 Amp plug to comply with NZ electrical regulations due to its high-power consumption. This machine will not plug into a standard 3 pin 10 Amp power outlet, please contact an electrician for advice before operation.
