Crafted from high-quality cast iron, this Wood Working lathe ensures resilience against rust, buckling, and unwanted movements. Experience seamless operation with the variable speed options: 250-720RPM on Low Speed, 550-1700 RPM for Medium Speed, and 1200-3550 RPM on High Speed. The lathe is powered by a formidable 750W universal DC motor with electronic speed control, ensuring full torque across all speeds for precise and efficient turning.

With a generous 600mm distance between centres (23.6in), this lathe accommodates a wide range of project sizes. The maximum swing over bed is an impressive 368mm (14.5in), and the headstock rotates 180° for handy outboard turning.

Built for convenience, the cast iron stand provides stability and offers the option to install a shelf for added utility. The package includes a 104mm Face Plate and a 200mm Tool Rest, providing essential accessories for a comprehensive woodworking experience.

With the Additional Extension Bed (THL05B) available as an optional accessory, this will extend the total working length to 1193mm (47") or Extend the bowl turning capacity to 680mm (27").
There is also a 4 Jaw Chuck (TSL05C) available to use with this lathe, best for bowls or for working on irregular shaped pieces.
