"The 18V LXT® Brushless 4,500 RPM Autofeed Screwdriver (DFR453Z) is a cordless solution that delivers power, extreme torque, and a high capacity in a more compact size. The DFR453Z features a brushless motor that delivers superior fastening speed (0-4,500 RPM) to handle a variety of fibre cement, drywall, decking, timber and steel framing applications. The electronically controlled brushless motor efficiently uses energy to match torque and RPM to the changing demands of the application. It can drive up to 2,670 screws with Push Drive™ Mode on, and 960 screws with Push Drive™ Mode off when using a fully charged 18V LXT® 5.0Ah battery (sold separately). DFR453Z is equipped with XPT (Extreme Protection Technology), protecting internal components from dust and water ingress, ensuring durability and longer life to withstand the harshest commercial jobsite conditions. The Autofeed Screwdriver uses Push Drive™ Technology that allows the tool to remain in lock-on mode to have the motor start only when the fastener engages, which results in longer run time and a reduction in motor noise. The Autofeed housing is designed with a screwless one-touch hook for effortless attachment and removal. The Silent Clutch uses highly durable materials increasing operating efficiency and a greater reduction in operating noise when driving screws.It features a durable compact screw guide that prevents screw strip tangling and it accepts a range of screws from 20mm to 41mm. It also features a lock-on button that allows for continuous use.Convenience features an integrated autofeed design that makes the tool lighter in weight at only 2.2 kg with an 18V LXT® 5.0Ah battery installed (sold separately). It is compact with an overall length of 360mm long, with an ergonomically designed handle that has a rubberized grip for increased comfort. It also features a reversible belt clip that attaches to either side of the tool."
