ToolShed 115mm (Horizontal/ Vertical) Metal Cutting Band Saw

The ToolShed Metal Cutting Bandsaw base and head are both made from cast iron to give it the rigidity and accuracy to get your job done right. Powered by a 1/2hp (370W) cast iron motor, this gives it the ability to be able to cool down at a faster rate than other saws. The ToolShed Metal Cutting Bandsaw gives you complete control of the cut with three speed settings and an easily adjustable tensioner that allows you to set the right downward pressure for the head. This saw also features a clamping device to hold what you are cutting and gives you the ability to alter the angle of the back fence up to 45° for angled cuts. The on/off switch has been positioned so that the saw will turn itself off upon completing the cut. This gives you the ability to take care of other parts of the job while the saw takes care of the cutting. Easily manoeuvre this saw around the workshop with the tray underneath, two wheels at the back and a fold down handle. The ToolShed Metal Cutting Bandsaw can also be used in a vertical position with the use of the bolt on table.
