    Solid Performance

    This was a massive upgrade from the little drill press I had been using for years. I needed something with a bit more power and longer travel. This is a really great drill press and meets all my needs in the home workshop.
    The low-speed gearing is perfect for drilling larger holes in metal (I've gone up to 25mm in mild steal). The gear changes are easy as you just need to move a couple of belts. The only issue I have changing gears is that the press is so big I need to use a stool to reach the top.

    The bed of the drill press has T-Slots rather than straight through holes, so you need to take that in consideration when buying drill clamps as most are designed to bolt straight through. I just had to trim off the bolt on my clamps and make up a couple of T-Nuts. But you can just buy the clamps that fit (I bought the wrong ones, my bad!)

    I've been using this for over a year now without any issues and would buy this again.
