    Relatively safe and versatile tool

    Bought this 3 years ago with the view of encouraging my grandchildren to learn to make things and do craft projects. It is very versatile and relatively safe, with the visor down. The only issue I have had with it is the air pump hose tends to come unhooked and when you lift the visor it tends to foul on the hose – this appears to be a generic problem with this type of scroll saw. I used the scroll saw to make a small slot in the hinge end of the visor to clear the hose, and put a small clip on the hose.
