The ToolShed 400mm (16 inch) chainsaw is a great all-round saw with plenty of power yet still light weight reducing fatigue. The 37.2cc 2-stroke petrol engine has been coupled with a high-quality carburettor offering great performance and ease of starting. This saw has a full aluminium crank case, built in emergency stop brake and comes fitted with a genuine NGK spark plug.

As this tool features an Auto Chain Bar Oiling system, it is highly recommended that you empty the reservoir after every use as it works via a gravity-fed system. The oil will continue to leak from the tool if not emptied.


ToolShed Electric Chainsaw Sharpener

The ToolShed Electric Chainsaw Sharpener is a must-have in the workshop of anyone who owns a chainsaw and needs a good electric sharpener without the high price. Remove the hassle of sharpening your blades by hand with a file and realise the ease of using an electric sharpener.
This sharpener comes supplied with two grinding discs at 3.2mm and 4.5mm, with an adjustment of 35 degrees to the left and right. It is suitable for most chainsaws with a pitch of 1/4in and 3/8 inch. Coming with two boltholes to attach the sharpener to your workbench at the correct positioning; allowing the front of the sharpener to hang over the bench, so the chain being sharpened will dangle below and out of the way of the sharpener. This also allows for easy rotation during sharpening.
This electric sharpener features two adjustment knobs along the chain feeder that allows you to rotate the chain left and right during sharpening, this eliminates the need to touch the blade and risk injury. A brake lock handle is located on the main handle which will lock the chain into place while you perform the sharpening, this holds the tooth secure during sharpening to provide an accurate cut. Also features an adjustable depth stop to prevent accidental damage to the chain during sharpening.
Once set up, you will be able to sharpen a standard chain within a few minutes.
