    Grunt machine

    Bought for a job in Fiji to do 1500 mtrs of rough sawn and i mean rough as sawn mahogany decking top, sides and bottom, had the local boys run it hard for 8 days in a row.. the sawdust caught on fire twice...the machine kept going without a fault.

    Ripper!

    This 100mm sander is a serious bit of kit. All the grunt you'd need for just about any sanding job I could think of. Makes its predecessors seem like toys.

    Best sander ever

    Over the years I have had Black and Decker, Royobi and Bosch belt sanders and they have worked okay. Last year on the death of the Bosch I bought a 100mm Toolshed belt sander. Wow, this is by far the best belt sander I have owned and used. Impressive power; well balanced, a good weight, easy belt tracker system and belt change are the features that have impressed me. No task has been too great from dressing rough timber - rough sawn merchant grade to be ready for a final finish sanding for furniture making. Removed old painted surfaces amazingly quickly - had to be careful not to stop moving the machine and avoid making a cavity. Really pleased with my purchase.
